We strive to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. To make sure that happens, we make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent.

Payment is in full at the time of your order. Once payment is received you will be sent a confirmation e mail.

We try very hard to have everything accurate on our website but mistakes may happen. Should this be the case and the product has a different description/price, or the item is no longer available (it may be that it has sold elsewhere e.g. at a fayre the same day) then we will contact you immediately to confirm the item is no longer for sale/or for you to decide to cancel the order (then a full refund will be issued) or proceed with the new terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

In using this website you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy , sell, resell or exploit any portion of this service or products without the express written permission of us.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Post and Packaging to all U.K. addresses. Fairies will be posted in a padded envelope as a Large Letter by Royal Mail. If you are based outside the U.K. then please contact us for a P & P quote. Goods will be posted within 3 working days of payment of the order, although in exceptional circumstances e.g. illness or inclement weather etc. this time may be longer. Where the carrier returns the goods to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund. "Undeliverable" packages include those where an incorrect address has been given or following a failed delivery, the package has not been collected from the sorting office and has been returned to sender.

To reduce and recycle we try to reuse padded envelopes and packaging.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your Nanny Mafia goods. If however you are your dissatisfied or have any issues, you can return your goods to us within 30 days for a full refund. Any returned item should be in unused, original condition with tags and packaged securely. Please contact us to discuss and arrange the return.

This does not affect your U.K. statutory rights.
